Siblings for Zen? Both male and female suggestions needed.

The parents are caucasian and don't want to pair Zen with anything too 'hippy-ish' or too 'normal' They obviously like more unusual names that aren't to hard to spell and have a nice meaning.

New name

Here's a name I'd never encountered before: Mavis.
It's a girl's name of French origin, meaning "song thrush", which is the song bird Turdus Philomelos. It's supposed to be pronounced MAY-viss, as rhyming with Davis, but my reaction would be to read it as MAV-iss, rhyming with Travis.

I really like it in the latter version, also because it makes me think of "Ma vis" which could roughly be translated into "my strength", borrowing "ma" from french (my) and "vis" from latin (strength)

WDYT?

Two names I've heard recently and I'm really undecided about.

Paolo (male and pronounced like pow-low)
Sorrel (female)

Thoughts?

I work at Dairy Queen, and today I happened to see two interesting names on cake orders:

Chilo and Jewelia.

I was looking at Chilo going ... 'Chi-lo? WTF?' Then I thought about Shiloh .. and I was like ... no way. But yes, the mom came in and when she got the cake, she pronounced the name with an 'sh' sound.

For Jewelia, I just saw the cake order, but I'm assuming it's a butchering of the name Julia. As a Julianne, it made me do a severe D: face. I'm just hoping that it's a spelling some little kid wants, and not how the name is actually spelled.

I just found out the full names of the two girls I'm a nanny for:

Patricia Shirley Elizabeth(almost 3, goes by tricia)
&
Emily Julianne Jane (17 months) (this one irks me soley due to the fact that their last name rhymes with Jane)

I assume the middle names are family names, the parents are Ian & Julia (thus the Julianne i imagine) and they each have a son from a previous relationship...who ironically are Jeremy(9 or 10 i think) and Jeremiah(12)

also, WDYT of Millicent? I used to think of it as an old lady name or just a name in a kids book, but though not normally my style, I quite like it.
