I was very heavily involved in name research the other night and I came across this name. I am facinated by a lot of really OLD names. Some of them are beautiful, but some are so ugly! Anyway, I love researching names from the 1700's and 1800's. I came across Sidonia (pronounced sih-dohn-yah) and was wondering what you all think. I personally LOVE this but I can't find anyone else who does LOL. Maybe that's why the name is very uncommon/not used anymore. So, am I crazy for liking this name, or is everyone else missing out?

What do you think of the name Thomasina?  Lately it's been growing on me, but I keep thinking of this really old Disney movie about a cat that literally had 9 lives and her name was Thomasina.
