What do you think of:
Iliana
Ianna (feminine of "Ian").
Inessa (feminine of "Inez").
Ivonne
Iline

heh, Inez is a female name already. I see how it's a form of it though.
not really a fan of any of them. I like Yvonne.

I like the name Iliana,
and I've never heard it before but Ianna is quite nice too.
I don't like the others.

I don't like the way "I" names looks written out for the most part. However, I love the name Ianna.
Iliana sounds ok, but it looks like someone forgot to put it L on Liliana.
Ivonne and Iline are just stupid spellings of Yvonne and Eileen.
I'm just not a fan of Inessa, but it isn't that bad.

Ivonne is great but I like it spelt Eyvonne.

I am pretty sure Inez is a feminine name already.

I like it, it's kind of funky. (It is also the name of my neighbor's cow, lol. :)

I know two other ones like that!
I know two girls (not related or anything) called
Iliriana (Serbian)
Ilaria (Italian)

Of your list I only like Iliana.
And I agree with the above comment: Inez is feminine already. And I think it's prettier than Inessa =)

Is Iline pronounced similar to Eileen at all? Or is it more of an 'ine' sound than an 'een' sound?

I think Iliana sounds really pretty actually.

Iliana is pretty, but the first thing it brings to mind is Illeana Douglas, and the first thing THAT brings to mind is the spacey art teacher from Ghost World. On a somewhat related note, I like it spelled Iliana, but hate Illeana.

I'm not sure I've ever heard Ianna before, but I think if it were pronounced too quickly, it would come out at "Yanna," which sounds a little too close to Yanni for my taste.

I love Inez, and Inessa is a pretty variant.

I don't like Ivonne, but Yvonne is a slight improvement. On a similar note, I actually like the name Yvette quite a bit--I have ever since I saw Clue when I was three or four--but I was so disappointed when I found out a few years later how it's spelled. I have yet to find a variation that looks pretty to me.

I don't like Ilene or any of the variations on it at all. That name will always, always bring to mind that horrible song.
