I could go either way with this name. I had a female cat named Casey growing up, but I also know of a little boy named Kendrick Casey. I prefer Kaycie or something more feminine looking for a girl. I'm not big on alternative spellings but this is one name I make an exception for.

Lots of things. I've seen it for Christopher. I think it would work well for a little Cassandra who didn't want to be Cassie or for a Caitlin or Catherine as well.

I think it is truly unisex. I've known a handful of both male and female Caseys and I never found it to be unfitting on either sex.

I am from the Philly (PA) area and think of a Philly radio personality when I hear the name Casey. His radio name is: Casey Boy. SO, with that in mind I think BOY.

Either or. When I hear it on a girl I don't think 'boys name' and when I hear it on a boy although it's a little feminine I don't immediately think 'girls name!'
