I could go either way with this name. I had a female cat named Casey growing up, but I also know of a little boy named Kendrick Casey. I prefer Kaycie or something more feminine looking for a girl. I'm not big on alternative spellings but this is one name I make an exception for.

I am from the Philly (PA) area and think of a Philly radio personality when I hear the name Casey. His radio name is: Casey Boy. SO, with that in mind I think BOY.
