My name is Christa Rosary...yea, I can't believe my parents named me Rosary. Not only was i born in October, which is the month of the rosary, but I was also named after my paternal grandmother who was Rosario.

Anyways, hm...names I'd like to name my child in the future. I'm still 18 though so that's a long time from now..

Girl:
Serena/Serenity (Sailormoon fan.)
Gwen/Gwendolen/Guinievere
Cherie (like in Mon Cherie)
Chrissie (which is my nickname)
Melody/Melodia
Harmony
Anastacia
Ceres (like from Ayashi No Ceres)
Elizabeth (like from Pride and Prejudice, Sweet Valley and Pirates of the Caribbean)
Erin (what I wanted my cousin to name her daughter)

Rose is a nice name too but I'd rather have my daughter carry that as her second name.
Keira is also a nice second name, lol I'm a Keira Knightley fan.

Boy:
Laurence/Lawrence
Christopher/Chris (sounds a lot like my name)
Draco (HP Fan!)
Malcolm
Philippe
Prince
Darren/Damien
Lestat (Oh...Anne Rice!)

I'm obviously very fond of quite a number of uncommon names, especially for females. I love unique sounding names, and those that are like Greek-ish or Latin in origin.

I have a strange attraction to the name Virginia

I decided 100% on the first name Audrey. It was my great-grandmother's name, and she did more than you could ever imagine for my family. It also means "Noble Strength". Plus, it's a pretty name, and classic, just the way I like.

[Poll #979212]

What would be a good middle name for Lucas? And also, is that an overly popular name?

Which spelling variation do you prefer among these?
I'm breaking the list down in bits, just so it's easier to read

Quinlan (original)
Quinlin

Quindlin
Quindlan

Quinnlin
Quinnlan

Quinlyn
Quinnlyn

I'd also like to hear your opinion on the name overall.
It's Gaelic, for both genders, and means "graceful, strong, well made".

Thanks!

Finally.

Being a member of this community has encouraged me to speak with my boyfriend about possible names once again.
We've spoken about them in the past but we could never really agree on anything together.
Last night I encouraged him to think of names that he likes. He even came up with some that I'd never really considered before but actually don't mind. Of course, we've only got girls' names as well.

- Alexa Tegan (Tee-ghan)
- April (need a middle name)
- Émilie (the French spelling - because I'm French :))

He doesn't like ANY of my boys names. :(

I figured I could come to you guys for suggestions then maybe he and I can come to an agreement on SOMEthing lol :)

Aside from its popularity, what do you think about the name Cameron? Is it more masculine or feminine?
