I was talking to my sister about names and I'm trying to sway her towards Natalie. I like the name Natalie, and although I hate my sister's middle name I like how it flows together: Natalie Louise.

Also, my sister's been in the hospital cus the baby decided she wanted to try and come early but the doctors prevented that and now my sister's on strict bedrest. As a joke I told her to name the baby "Foot Stuck In Cervix". We all got a good laugh out of that. I just wanted to share my dry humor with all. Yep.

Malia seems to be growing on me a bit, but I want her to name the baby Natalie. Preferably Natalie Amy or Natalie Ani... hey I can dream!

Do you guys have names that you love but you'd never use?

I've already planned on naming my kids Anne and John, when they show up, but I'm feeling the following names lately.

I am so happy to have found this community. I have always loved baby names. I don't have any children at the moment, but do have 5 cats. Shiloh, Autumn, Sasha, Sawyer and Samson. It's just a coincidence that most start with "S".

What do you think of when you hear your name, or any name for that matter?

I see colours when I hear names. Is that weird? Some would say yes, but I think I've always been this way. Sometimes, its not even just one colour, it could be a combination of colours, or sometimes, I even see sparkles.

I've commented a lot recently, so I figured I should introduce myself. My name is Katie Rose (I hate how common both Katie and Rose are, but I love the way it sounds :)) and I'm 16, so obviously not going to be pregnant any time soon. I am, however, obsessed with names.

so, i posted way back when about my name. i'm changing it, you see.

i have my first and last name picked out: Lorelei Black. that's how it's been for about six years.

i really, really need a middle name.

i had started out with Dominique, and decided i hated it. then I thought about Adrienne, but i'm not sure if i can deal with LAB as my initials.

so i call upon you, dear community members, to help me with suggestions. throw anything my way.

if it might help, i enjoy French and Russian names, I like uncommon but not WTF names, and i also like androgynous/unisex names. also, if you can help it, stay way from names that start with vowels (LAB, LEB, LIB, LOB, LUB just... look funny).

but suggest whatever, my style or not. who knows, i might end up liking it. :D

My friend Emily and I are trying to find a middle name to go along with Jane, and we're having an awful hard time. Nothing seems to fit with it. It's sad. LOL
But does anyone have any ideas?
