What do you think of these first and middle names for girls, and can you think of any better combinations?

Amelia Skye
Lydia Hazel
India Sophie
Kaitlin Ruth
Jasmine Aurora

Lily is my Grandma’s maiden name, and also the last name of her sister who died a couple of years ago (she was unmarried and had no children so she was more like a second grandmother). Annabel is my Mum’s middle name, and my own middle name. Hazel is the name of my great aunt who passed away earlier this year, she was married but had no children, so we were the closest she had to grandchildren. Sophie is the name of my closest female friend who has just always been there for me. And Jasmine (not that this is exactly sentimental significance!) is the name of my bear that I was given when I was born! The other’s are just names that I like.

I find boys names so much more difficult. What do you think of these combinations?

Winter is the name I gave the baby I miscarried, so that would be in honour of him. Justin is the name of my best friend/soul mate/partner (he is names after his Mum’s best friend). But other than those two, no significance other than I like the names.

i love all of your names, I expecially like India. I know a little girl called China too, which i thought was so weird when i first met her but now it's grew on me.
So out fo your girl names my favourite is India, and my least favourite is Lydia.

Out of your boy names i love Lucas and Zachary, my least favourite are Seth (reminds me of an old man for some reason) and Jesse

Although I understand wanting to honor the child you miscarried, I think each child deserves a name all their own. The baggage of having that name isn't something they should have to deal with, IMO.

Is IMO "it's my opinion"?
Like with Annabel, Lily and Hazel, it is not a case of naming someone after another person. I like the names already, and the fact that they carry such significance is just something that makes them a bit special. I love the name Winter, but it would not be used in a sence that I was naming a child after my lost baby.
Oh, and I don't really like Sophie as a first name.
But apart from that you like the names which are currently my favourite :)

*Lydia Annabelle (Lydia instead of Lily, and I like this spelling of Annabelle better)
*Lillian Ruth (what about Lillian and Lily for short???? Just a suggestion...Lily doesn't really sound right with Ruth)
*Kaitlyn Sophia (added the "a" onto Sophie for more balance)

Thanks for the suggestions, but Annabel is a bit of a family name, but without the "e". But I think that Sophia could grow on me! Also, I'm glad to get different opinions on differnt combinations of the middle names and first names.

I think Lydia Hazel is a gorgious, gorgious pair!!! On my list, I paired Lydia with Evelyn...I think I'll widen my options now...

I love all the names you have come up with.

Lily Annabel- Love both names seperatly, i dont think they flow especially well together though. Annabel is too pretty to be relagated to the middle name! & Lily is very popular nowadays.
Amelia Skye- Amelia is my favourite girls name & Skye goes well with it.
Lydia Hazel- Love Lydia, not a great fan of Hazel but it does go well.
India Sophie- I prefer Indiana to Indie, i like the nn Indie :-) Sophie is my name (Sophy) Its lovely to honour your friend.
Kaitlin Ruth-I Prefer Caitlin
Jasmine Aurora- This is such a gorgeous combination, but it's rather a mouthful.

Lucas Theo- Love it completely!
Max Justin- I love the name Max, & as your partners name Justin as a middle name is good.

Lucas Justin also sounds good.
