What do you think of
Nov. 28th, 2007 01:02 pm Paxton, for a girl or boy?
I really like it for both sexes. It feels...like a strong, intellectual name to me. I like the different nicknames I can think of that would go along with it but I can't think of many.I would seriously consider using it for a future child though. Your thoughts?

Date: 2007-11-28 07:23 pm (UTC)It's very masculine thats all.
There are gender neutral names like Taylor, Morgan etc.. but to me paxton screams male.

Date: 2007-11-28 08:55 pm (UTC)It's always sounded cutesy and nerdy to me, but in a way that makes me like it a lot. It's definitely boy to me.

Date: 2007-11-28 11:38 pm (UTC)That's on a girl, of course. On a boy it's not TOO bad, though I still think it's rather bland.

Date: 2007-11-28 11:44 pm (UTC)If you like a name you like it no matter what anyone says or how many other people who have it in my opinion.
I know what you mean about the skanky girl name thing though. Only I think of names like Alexis and Destiny or plenty others that would fit in there. This name just doesn't seem to go that way for me but if we all liked the same names that would just suck.
Thanks for not getting all offended by me asking what you meant though. So many people are just looking for a reason to get pissy any more. :D

I think I'm just not a fan of 'x's in names.
