It might flow better, but you don't use a person's middle name with their first very often, and I like Serena a lot more!

I think it probably depends on your last name for the flow, but with just the first and middle name given I like Serena Christi better.

Serena Sharpley actually sounds a lot better (IMO) than Christi Sharpley, and her first + last she'll be using a lot more than first + middle, you know?

It really makes NO sense to me why people insist on putting the child's given name in the MIDDLE. It just causes senseless confusion. Flow is only slightly relevant to having to burden a kid with having to explain the rest of their lives in which order to say their name. Serena Christi, for sure.

plus, christi sharply makes me think 'chrystal sharp'. Sounds a bit like a description some how...
