for each category, come up with a male AND female name... not necessarily a sib-set, so if the names don't sound good together, don't sweat it.

1) one of the names must be a name that is traditionally a surname, other your choice.
2) first and middle must be 'place' names (can be cities/towns/countries, or nouns).
3) first name must be something from nature, or the meaning must be something from nature. middle name your choice.
4) first name must be after a musician, middle name your choice.
5) first name must be someone in your immediate family, middle name your choice!
6) first name must be traditionally nicknames (ie: Jim instead of James, Sam instead of Samuel or Samantha), middle your choice.
7) first name must be unisex, middle your choice.
8) one of the names must be a surname from your family (can be a maiden name, or one from generations ago), the other is your choice.
