The only two obvious nicknames I can think of are Carrie (love) and Caro (blegh).

my name is caroline and ive gone pretty much exclusively by carrie for most of my life. now, the only time i use caroline is professionally. i got caro a lot too, which i despised, except for one of my friends who would call me carosparrow :) i have a couple of friends who call me carolina too, which i adore, but i know its obviously not really a nickname.
