Thanks~ It's Paolo Nutini, a singer. Since I got it from a bulk icon drop, I have no clue what the situation was to cause it, and I've always wondered what he's doing, since it looks like he's having a staring contest with a little girl XDD

Oh, I saw him recently at a local club. Almost met him, but he was ill so he chose not to come back out to the party. Can't name one song that he sings though...I guess I wasn't paying enough attention. Shame!
