Feminizing masculine names
Oct. 17th, 2007 11:53 am I will be the first one to admit that I love certain "boy" names on girls and "girl" names on boys. I even like some of the "unisex" names. However....names that people tack an -a or -ett or whatever on to to make it a "girl" name usually irritate me. I worked with a woman named Juanette. There was no reason behind it, her parents thought they made it up.
Today I came across a young lady named Andrewnette Lynay ln. Now her mom's name is Sophia and her dad is Jerry....even her stepdad is a David....no one is named Andrew.
Now, that being said....her sister is named Kashabora.
