Eva Sofia is my favourite of your list =) I like Ariana Sofia too!

Sofia Eva, Eva Angelina & Sofia Alexandra don't flow so well, though, I think because of the double vowels (a-a, a-e).

I personally don't particularly like when both first and middle names end in an A (sounds a little too... girly? princessy? frou-frou? rhyming? Hard to say what exactly, since it's not precisely any of the above reasons).

But of those, it's worse when the first letter of the second name is yet another vowel, 'cause then they run together when said aloud. So the Sofia might be best as a middle name, to prevent this blurring.

i am russian and most Russian female names end in "a" so i think this is where the names ending with "a" come from :)

I like Eva Sofia better than Sofia Eva, and Eva Angelina together are like an insult to the beautiful name Evangelina :PPP
I don't think Sofia and Alexandra match too much, but it's okay.
Ariana, though, could be cruel. In italian for example it's the feminine form of the adjective "arian", for a name we use Arianna (my favorite take on that would be Ariadne, the original greek version).

Well, I don't really like Sofia (though I like Sophia), so I'm not huge on any of those combos. I love Anna, Angelina and Alexandra, though.

I prefer them spelled Sophia and Angelica, but otherwise I love Sofia/Sophia, Angelika/Angelica, and Anna.
