I like Kennedy a lot. I'm sick of seeing Nevaeh, and I really don't know how to pronounce it. Abigail is a classic I like, I like Abby. October is neat, I wanted to use August. Sabrina is pretty. I like Kaelyn, and Ellison is neat. (I'm a fan of Elle or Ella)

Side note: I like the name Aurora, because I like Rory. I'm big on nicknames.

I've only heard of Ellison for males, not as a variation of Allison.

I'm right with you on Nevaeh. Impossible to sound out.
I say it NEE-vah-ay, but I'm pretty sure it's wrong.

I really like Dylan Alexander and Logan Anthony would have been so perfect without Barcelona :/
Kennedy Ann is weird to me, October Faith is corny and Sabrina Star is stripper.. there, I'm done labeling! :P

I like Abigail Violet, even if it is really popular. I also like Leah and Alexandra.

I don't know who decided that Kennedy would be a good name for a girl. I also don't know why everyone thinks that Rory is a girls' names, because it's not...

I've always heard from my mom that Rory is tipically short for Aurora :/
Is male Rory short for something too?

As a nickname, I can understand it.

I don't think Rory is short for anything, actually. behindthename.com tells me it's the anglicised form of 'Ruiaidhri'.

I don't like Kennedy at all, but that's because I really don't like surnames as first names. Just not my style. And as a nickname for Aurora, I think Rory would work fine. :)

Me too. I'm named Laurah and when I was a little kid, I hated my name because I wasn't able to pronounce it right until late elementary school. It's fine now, but if I had had to call myself a-wo-wa I would've been really frustrated.

But most kids can say their R's by a reasonable age.

Nevaeh is generally pronounced either Neh-vey-uh or Nuh-vey-uh... it's a really slight difference.

Dylan Alexander - Love
Logan Anthony Barcelona - Love Logan...but Barcelona?
October Faith - I said the other day I'd never use a month, but since then it's really been growing on me. Haha. I think October is actually quite cute.Faith I'm not so keen on.
Sabrina Star - I can't get past the Sabrina the Teenage Witch connections, but I like the name. This feels like a really 'witchy' name to me, if any one knows what I mean!

Oh, and I love Aurora, but Rory is a male name.

Fair enough! I just don't understand that at all! Haha.
Probably cause I'm not in America. Over there it seems to be more... I don't know, acceptbale I guess! Here you'd just get a bit of an odd look if you introduced your daughter as Ryan or something!

Not a fan of that!
'Here' by the way is England/Wales if you were wondering!

I couldn't either in reality. I just think it's cute!

Ellison Averie is actually pretty cute. I like the name Ellison but it's the last name of a guy I know and he's the last person I'd want my childre to grow up to be like so I'm not sure I'd ever use it.

Dylan Alexander is an amazing name. I'm also very partial to Kyle Dean and October Faith.

I think Toby would be an awesome nickname for October.

I've met a girl named Tobi. Not sure if it was short for anything, though.

For either.

I don't mind male nicknames on girls. Besides, I do see Toby as moving towards unisex.

I feel that most nicknames are unisex. Like Timmy for Timothea, Tommy for Thomasina, Sam for Samantha, Fred for Winnifred, Bernie for Bernadette, Phil for Phyllis, Danny "Dani" for Danielle, Joey for Josephine, Mattie for Matilda, Bobby for Roberta, Reggie for Regina, Chris for Christina... all are usually considered masculine nicknames from masculine names but that isn't neccessarily true.

Nevaeh is SO gross and tacky. And Khylie Aubry? Urk.

I like Ellison, Alexandra, Abigail, Violet, Faith, Fawn, Jade and Jayden, though.

Ack, I'm sick of hearing Rory on girls. It sounds ridiculous to me, even if it's just a nickname.

Of those, I quite like Juliana Carmella, Dylan Alexander, and Violet (but not Abigail). October Faith is cool but I'd never use it - it's too "out there".

Neveah is tacky and horrid. Kennedy is pretty bad too. I don't get why people think surnames make good first names for girls (they're not quite so bad on boys.

Kaelyn and Jayleesa are trashy and don't even get me started on Khylie Aubry Renee...seriously. I think Aubrey is weird on girls anyway and spelling it wrong doesn't make it any better.

I like:
Logan
Abigail Violet

Ellison Averie is really interesting... I love the name Ellis but I've never really heard of Ellison unless it was a surname.

I really like Violet, but I detest the name Abigail. I think Abigail is probably the most hideous name out there.

They're not the worst. Kaelyn Jade is really cute.

I usually don't mind Kaelyn (spelled differently) but with Jade. eh. Am I the only one who finds the name Jade to be a bit trashy? speaking of trashy... add Nevaeh and Fawn, Jayleesa and Rayal, Star, Jayden and Khylie to that list.

I think Ellison Averie is kind of interesting (at least today). I also feel the same way about October Faith though I agree that I'm not sure I could actually call a kid that.

I like Kyle Dean, Alexandra, Logan anthony (no Barcelona), Dylan Alexander, Abigail Violet, Sabrina and Aubry (but spelled Aubrey).

I don't care for Jakob spelled that way and Roylee is horrible.

and I love Aurora and the nn Rory, even if it is supposed to be a boy name. that one never bugged me for some reason, probably bc I grew up knowing a girl named Rory.

Ew, I can't stand Nevaeh. I've been told it sounds like Nev-ay (ay sounds like the letter A.) The part that I think is corny is that it's Heaven spelled backwards, which is why it got popular.

I like Ellison. It's really pretty.

I like Abigail Violet. I like Leah too, but not with Anne.
And I think October Faith is so pretty...but more as a guilty pleasure than as an actual name.

Cheesey-est:
Nevaeh Fawn
Sabrina Star

And, yes, Barcelona is a cool city, but it doesn't work as a name - Logan Anthony would have been fine at just that.
