My SO has decided he likes the name Benjamin Owen (ln: Otroshkin) for our little guy. I suggested the name, but I can't decide if I really like it, or if it's just frustration from him not liking ANYTHING else. It's just not sticking with me and I can't bring myself to call the baby it. Any suggestions or opinions on the name??

I think it's cute but yeah if you're not crazy about it then you probably shouldn't use it. Plus... his initials would be BOO.

I thought the BOO thing was slightly cute and Benjamin goes well with my daughter's name (Mackenzie) but there aren't any actual boy names that I *LOVE* and out of the list I did come up with, it's the only one the SO likes.

Haha I think "Boo" would be such a cute nickname for him while he's little. And maybe for girlfriends to use when he's older (maybe that's thinking too far in advance...).

I think if you were to start using it, you'd like it. But if you're really worried, keep it on the back burner and see if you like anything else better.

I love the nickname Benji... and I think those names sound good together. Don't use it if it doesn't grow on you though.
