I like Tatum, but it seems kind of 90s to me. Brynn is masculine, since there was a guy that went to my school by the name of Bryn. Peyton is too trendy, and Lavender/-dar reminds me of the little girl in Matilda.
I have female friends named Tatum and Bryn, and a friend of the family just had a baby girl named Peyton Elizabeth. So I'm not very original but I think they are cute names :)
I spelled it wrong lol oops. But my accidental spelling is creative too, I think!
To be honest, the only one I like is Lavender. Tatum reminds me of talcum powder, Peyton should never be used as a girls name EVER, and Bryn is too...eh. I can't imagine someone past twenty five being called that.
I think Bryn and Lavender work best with Thompson. I actually like all of the names, though. I will say that Bryn passes the business card test and Lavender, not so much.
I don't think Tatum or Peyton sound good with Thompson. I think Brynn is cute, but sounds like a nick name. How do you feel about Brenna or Brianna? Lavender is cute I think, but doesn't really fit with the others.
Tatum Thompson has too many T sounds. Peyton is just a horrible name. Lavender would be ok if it was spelt with an E. I can't deal with Bryn on girls as I've known too many male Bryns.
I love Peyton, it's one of my faves =) Lavender is really cute IMO, but I like it better spelled with an -e- than with an -a- =) Bryn is alright, Tatum I don't like.
I love them all! Bryn especially~when I say it I am reminded of wind chimes so it always feels magical. I like it with one N like the college. I agree that Tatum Thompson is a little much on the T's. Maybe as a middle name? :)
i think lavender, tatum, and bryn are all very lovely. i especially like lavender and tatum. but i really cannot see the appeal in peyton. it sounds like a boys' name to me, and an ugly, trendy one at that. sorry.
Peyton and Bryn (prefer Brynn) would make interesting unisex girls' names but they are technically men's names (I heard them as names of the old-money men around at Cambridge University.), and Peyton seems a bit trendy due to the Hollywood trend toward names like that. I'm thinking that I've heard it in some show or movie but I can't place it. It just generally sounds a bit soap opera-ish to me. Absolutely no offense meant, just chiming in with my humble two cents.

Tatum reminds me of Scream.
Peyton reminds me of.... there's no nice way of putting it. A snooty pageant girl. =-\
