My great-grandmother and her five sisters:

Marjorie Martha
Thora Jane
Neta Hildred
Rhoda Emily May
Alice Ruth
Woodburn Leila

Yes. Woodburn. I don't know. She always went by Leila, or Lee. My grandmother once told me that she was named Woodburn because she was being baptised, and they couldn't think of a name for her, and there was a stove in the room called 'Woodburn', so they named her that. I have no idea if that's actually true.

My great-grandmother and her sisters had pretty cool names, too: Hazel Ruth, Grace Pearl, Myrtle Fern, Maude (not sure on mn), Gladys Rose

Me too :) Grace is really pretty, too, but Pearl is a little much, haha. I plan to use Grace as a middle name, after that particular relative.

I like Thora.
Woodburn? I don't really know how I feel about that yet.

Woodburn.
That could grow on me actually (only when entertaining naming ideas, however; not as an actual idea).

My grandmother's middle name was Woodruff, after the minister who married her parents.

My grandparents on my mother's side were Thomas Peter Sterczala (his dad was Tomasz) and Gladys Irene. My other set was Henry and Lorraine. Those were of French-Canadian background. I know many of the relatives had names like Marie, Diane, Rose, etc. But there is a Euclid in there somewhere, a great-uncle or something.

I love the name Marjorie so much. Neta Hildred, on the other hand, is kind of iffy.

My aunt and uncle are both pilots, and when they couldn't decide on what to name their daughter, one of them saw the name Delsey on someone's luggage (it's a luggage brand), and they named their daughter Delsey. True story. :o) Although I think Delsey is pretty, but Woodburn...oh dear. Haha.

Rhoda Emily May is awesome. It flows so well =)
I also like Thora...even though it's a little strange.
