trying to get my list down

i've gotten it narrowed down some, but opinions would be appreciated.

oh! at the bottom i added some combos of names i've come across in the past month that have stuck with me...

Ami *ah-mee*
Cameron

(and two i didn't put on there, only b/c i don't know how to make them a combination)

Jacobi(y)
Dod

i know there's ppl who use that spelling as a variant of 'Amy'... odd.

Yep. She's of Persian descent, I believe. Her sister's name is Anissa.

I think it sounds more feminine, anyways.

lol well, i didn't mean those two to be combined....

they're just stuck in my head and i can't think of any of my other names that are already on my list that they could pair well with.

i was hoping for some ideas.

Dod is a big NO in my book regardless of whatever meaning it may have. Think along the lines of some grade school playground and teasing mean children calling Dod...Dud...Get out of Dodge and much worse.

Jacobi/Jacoby = Juh-ko-bee

Dod = dawd (or, if you like, say it like the name 'Todd' only w/ a 'D')

Ami is also French for 'friend', which is nice =) But if you're in an English speaking country, I guess you will risk ir being pronounced like Amy.
I like Gaige.
I don't like Jacobi & Dod at all.
