Kathleen, Amelia, Louise, Josephine, and Alexandra Claire are GORGEOUS names. I'm not sold on Isla; it just seems like a variation of Isabel, but maybe it's something I've never heard before. I think Kathleen Isla Lapham sounds a lot nicer; it flows better. I also like Katherine Isla, so I'm just throwing that out there.
Amelia is a gorgeous name, and I think it works fine with Lynn, but I like other names paired with it better. Just on your list, Amelia Louise, Amelia Kathleen, and Amelia Claire all pop out to me. I think they're a lot nicer, and a lot less filler-sounding. If Lynn holds special significance to you, go ahead and use it; it's definitely not a BAD combo, I just think "Lynn" sends the message that you couldn't think of anything better, you know?
The same goes for the middle name Leigh; it just seems so boring. I adore Josephine, though. Josephine Amelia, Josephine Katherine (I know, not on your list, but it's CLOSE to Kathleen), and Josephine Louise all sound really nice to me. Even Josephine Alexandra and Josephine Claire have a nice ring to them.
If your names are set in stone that you don't want to switch around any of the combinations, I think Alexandra Claire is GORGEOUS, and it's definitely the best one on the list, followed closely by Amelia Lynn and Josephine Leigh. I mean, there really isn't anything wrong with Lynn and Leigh, I just think they sound a better with some of the other names you have on your list.
Oh, and Virginia is definitely not a bad name, it's just not one I'd ever use. I think the combination is nice, though, and Ginny is a cute nickname, so go for it if you really like it. Josephine, Alexandra, and Amelia are all gorgeous, though, so my vote is definitely going to those.
For the boys, Jonathon, Luka, Alexander Grant, and Arthur James are all gorgeous, but I'm not really a fan of Jonathon Lee. Like Lynn and Leigh for girls, it seems like a filler, and I think you have others that sound better with it. Jonathon Arthur and Jonathon Grant sound a lot less filler-like, and I like the way they flow more than Jonathon Lee.
Luka Jon is okay, but I think Luka James, Luka Grant, or Luka John (with an h) sounds better. Jon without the h always seems incomplete to me, like it's a nickname for Jonathon.
I like Arthur James, but James Arthur flows better. Either way, it's a gorgeous name, so definitely keep that one.
Jordan Reece doesn't really fit in with the style of your other names, all of which I really like, and I dislike the pairing of two unisex names together. Although I like them both better on boys (and I'm a huge opponent of using boy names on girls), they're both used on girls A LOT, and without a more masculine name paired with them, I think people aren't going to know just from you son's name whether or not he's a male or female, which could possibly bother him. I don't know, I personally wouldn't use the names together, but they're not bad, and it's a nice combo. I think Jordan Arthur, Jordan Grant, Arthur Reece, and Jonathon Reece sound a lot better and they're not likely to cause the same gender confusion that the original name might.
As is, I'd go with Alexander Grant, followed closely by Jonathon Lee and Arthur James.
I do like Isla but I don't think it goes so well with the surname because of the two "l" sounds so close to each other. I'm not crazy about Kathleen - it sounds a bit middle aged to me.
I like Luka Jon but I think I'd like Luka Jonathan more. I also like Alexandra Claire (that's my cousin's name!)
Not crazy about Grant but Alexander Lapham sounds great. I can't get into Arthur on anyone under 60.

Jordan Reece is too trendy for me.
