I think that's an awesome name but I'd never use it, partly because of the comic book character and partly because of the complex.

I love the name Electra, but could never name my kid that. I just think of the myth and how crazy she was. :/

Volana. Her family is from Madagascar. I think she said it means "moon" or something.

What counts as exotic and what counts as over-the-top/trashy? I can't think of any pretty "exotic" names I've heard, but there was a little girl in my Sunday School class named Blazia. I worked with a girl named Karma (but it totally fit her).

Serpentine? That sounds like such a Slytherin name! ^^
Hm...I guess Electra. I love it though. It's a character from the musical "Cats" too.

How about most ridiculous? I had a teacher who used to rant & rave about a girl she met who worked at Sears. The girls real name was Bubbles. Yes, that was her BIRTH name. -_-
