I like the spelling Corinne, and I would say it either Cor-IN or Cor-EEN. But the COR part I pronounce more like Cur or Cuh... sort of like the first syllable in cursive. It's definitely not CORE to me.

Yeah I guess I do say it a bit softer than Core, as in an apple core. It is more like Cuh.
