list of "name" diseases/syndromes: Lou (Gehrig), Alexander, Barrett, Benjamin, Brock, Brodie, Brooke, Duncan, Hailey, Leigh...

fact is, MOST people will not associate it with a disease.

that's nice that you do, but like i said, most people do not. i'm willing to bet that a lot of people currently associate it with Grey's Anatomy (last year i think it most viewed primetime drama).

Personally, because Addison was so uncommon before Grey's Anatomy, I associate it with the disease much more than I associate the more common names like Alexander, Benjamin, Brooke, Hailey, Leigh, etc. with their diseases.

And yeah.. Grey's Anatomy does suck. The only doctor show that isn't complete crap and kicks the hell out of the other sucky doctor shows is House, M.D. Best show ever.
