Is there any way you could put pronunciations for some of the names that are harder to pronounce? I'm interested to see how, for instance, Thijs and Stijn are pronounced.

Thijs rhymes with dice.
Matt Lauer (from the Today show) named his son that. His wife is from the Netherlands.

Thanks!

I kind of like that one. I wouldn't ever use it, mostly because I have no connection to the Netherlands at all, but I do like it.

I had a teacher whose name was Marije, she pronounced exactly like Mariah (Carey, the singer). So maybe the 'ij' group is something close to the '-iah' sound in english?

I like a lot of these.

How are Sanne, Lieke, Noa, Isa, and Roos pronounced?

Noa is just like Noah. Without an h, it's a girl's name. It's more common in Europe than it is in the United States, I think.

Is Lotte pronounced 'Lot' or 'Lottie'? Either way, it's nice. :)

It's fun to see people trying to pronounce names that are just 'normal' for me ;)

And I didn't know that Jayden was popular here too... don't know what to think of the name.
