Hmm, I'm going to assume your family is Italian? I do like a lot of the names though.

As a Hannah, I really don't see how you get that from Anne. I can see Ann(e) from Hannah, but Hannah's never really been a nicknamable name for me, same for Anne... well, maybe Annie, but thats a different story
