These names are what I've heard customers calling their children that come into my store. I just find them a little "out there" and they are real names. I made sure to ask lol.

Cash is the name of a character in William Faulkner's As I Lay Dying.
I actually like the name, though I'm not sure why. I connect it with carpentry now because the character was a carpenter. As a name it doesn't really remind me of money.
