I love the name Giada, I also like the name Giavada a lot, though I'd never heard it until I saw this list.
The problem, though, with Italian Gia- names is that people want to say "jee-ah" instead of "ja" when they pronounce them. It drives me nuts. I know a girl whose parents named her Giana and call her jee-ana, and it confuses the hell out of me because I want to just say Jana. The mispronunciation factor is the only thing that dissuades me from those names.
