I actually like Celia better than Cecelia, I always kinda liked Cecelia but there was something about it that just didn't fit right for me and then I heard "Celia" which I've never heard minus the "Ce"

I prefer Cecelia, but I like Celia. And I definitely prefer Celia to Selia. I can't shake what I read in one name book that suggested the variant Cilia, and explained what cilia are. That's just...unappetizing. Name-wise.

Celia always makes me think of cilia, you know, those hairlike protrusions you learn about in biology...I think it's kind of cute, but I wouldn't use it because I can't get past the cilia thing.

Yea Celia. Selia spelled with an S doesn't look as nice unless it's Selya or something like that. :)

Celia nice. It does remind me of Cecilia, which reminds me of that Simon and Garfunkel song... but it's not a bad song and Celia is still a lovely name.

I agree with child-of-eru, it reminds me of that song. Which isn't a bad thing. I'd go with Celia over Selia.

Celia's my cousin's name, and I've always liked it. DEFINITELY DON'T spell it Selia. That's just so... wrong.
