Nymbler gave me Cosmo, Sterling, and Jonty for boys. Hahahahhaah.

Also, I was out and about yesterday, and I met a little girl named L'Oréal. I shit you not, this kid was named after shampoo.

ETA: The latest? Brijhette (Bridget). WHAT?

If I were named L'Oreal, I would never admit it. I'd go by my (hopefully) saner middle name or by Al or some nickname and absolutely refuse to confess my true name.

I really feel sorry for the kid. And I wonder what the heck her parents were on when they named her.

I quite like the name Sterling, actually.

And recently, I learned that Annagh is a place in County Mayo (Ireland), and not just an unfortunate kreativ spelling of my all-time favourite girl's name (Anna).

Haha, I ran into a lady in a coffee shop that named her little girl "Plakenta" (instead of Placenta, but pronounced the same) to connect her daughter "with the female tradition." that poor poor child.

Still, L'Oreal made laugh and cringe at the same time. :)

Ouch. Hopefully she goes by Lore.
