Angelina - she'd have to use the first letter of her last name, there are too many of them.
Cate - kate, maybe. not cate. and she'd have to tell everyoner her real name was cate, not catherine. my brother and sister do (nick and jessi, real names) and they HATE it.
Cadence - yes
Serena - nope.
Calypso - please, PLEASE no.
Esther - it's better than calypso.
