Cosima. I sort of like it. It's Italian, and the female form of Cosmo or Cosimo. It means "order or beauty". I have never heard it before today, it's very interesting.

The way I heard it was like kah-si-ma. [bad with spelling out pronunciations ^^;] I think there are alternate ways to say it, however.

I know someone called Cosima and she pronounces it cos-im-ah.

The closest to the original sound would be Caw-zee-ma :)
In Italy you'll find few and far between boys in their 20's named Cosimo, but for girls, it got left behind in their grandparents' generation.
I've always liked the meaning of it, though.
It shares roots with the word "cosmetics", so, for a girl, all the better :P
