Cosima. I sort of like it. It's Italian, and the female form of Cosmo or Cosimo. It means "order or beauty". I have never heard it before today, it's very interesting.

The closest to the original sound would be Caw-zee-ma :)
In Italy you'll find few and far between boys in their 20's named Cosimo, but for girls, it got left behind in their grandparents' generation.
I've always liked the meaning of it, though.
It shares roots with the word "cosmetics", so, for a girl, all the better :P
