(no subject)

My husband and I both have a 'y' in our names, Bryan and Holly, as do my husband's sister, Kathryn, mother, Yvonne, and father, Rodney, and we'd like to carry on the tradition with our kids' first names.

Suggestions for boys and girls names would be most welcome!

I'm a fan of "y"'s in names, especially for boys.

Here are my favorites:
Boys

Taylor
Skyler
Dylan
Tyler
Wyatt

Girls

Aysel (I like to read it Eyez-el, it's Turkish and it means "moon")
Adelyn
Marilyn
Kayla
Kayden
Hayley (Hailey)
Emily
Lyric
Alyssa
Cynthia
Daisy (goes with Holly lol)
Vyvianna
Anya
Devory (like Deborah, but close to the hebrew original version)
Ellary
Mallory (I love the name, a little less its meaning. I think it sounds great with Bryan and Holly: Bryan, Holly and Mallory)

I always liked the alternate spelling to my middle name, Elyse.

I know, most of them are pretty traditional... but there's nothing wrong with that. Traditional names are beautiful too.

Hope you come up with something that makes you both happy.
