Anna: My Cousin. Or my great-aunt who is in her 80s.
Constance: Old-fashioned.
Christine: Ditzy.
Elanor: Rigby.
Elizabeth: My Grandmother.
Emily: Too popular right now.
Ida: Ida smack you.
Joy: My elementary school bus driver who was 9680978 years old then.
Linda: Boring.
Megan: Boring.
Nora(h): Ecclectic.
Penelope: Trendy.
Vanessa: Ditzy.
Wendy: Being pregnant, this name makes me hungry. See also, Peter Pan.
Sebastian: Tendy.
Winston: I have always loved this name but it also makes me think of Winston-Salem.
Victor: Soap operas.
Oliver: Musicals.
Mark: Twain.
Kevin: Martin.
Jack: Titanic.
Henry: boring.
Francis: Too feminine.
Ernest: Goes to Camp!
Emmet(t): Smith.
Cornelius: What century is this?
Alexander: decent name.

I'm VERY picky about my male names.

I just don't like "Alex." Alexander is one of our middle names because no one ever shortens middle names. When I hear "Alex" I think of Alex P. Keaton. ;)

I know someone with a baby named Alexander that they've shortened to Xander. But if he grew up and wanted to be called Alex you'd be stuck with it.
