Not personally; I think I've only read it in books & such.

Plus, if you google both spellings, you'll see that Serafina is >10X more popular than the other spelling. Not that popularity is the most important thing, I just mean that's how I've seen it the most so it looks "right" to me that way and "wrong" with the ph.

Seraphina looks right to me because of Seraphim

I actually like Sarafina better than either one, but Serafina out of those two.

that's my favourite as well.

It's just "right" considering it comes from Seraphim, but the only person I know by that name (well, it was someone in one of my favourite books) spelled it Serafina. She was Italian, though, so maybe that had something to do with it.

I love Serafina. I ate at a pizza/italian place in NJ called that and I'm almost positive that Serafina was the spelling.. wonderful pizza place!
