Nigel is cute. Regina is as well. I knew a girl with that name and she went by Reggie, which I hated. So don't use that nickname. :0

By the way, don't call your kid Nigel if you ever plan on moving permanently to Australia.. because at least when I was a kid, it was very common to call someone Nigel No-Friends... and then that saying transformed to just "uhh you're such a nigel".. and now people say "I was totally nigelated!" when they are left all alone. :P It's fully become a word, equivalent to loner.

Otherwise it is a decent name!

Not sure about middle names, I'm never good at coming up with those...but I like Regina a lot.

My brother's name is Nigel! He's 26. His middle name is Bradford. Nigel Bradford. meh. It's hard for me to think of any other middle names. Nigel is a great name though.

I also LOVE Regina AND Kate. especially together.

Regina Kate is pretty. I wouldn't name a son Nigel and a daughter Regina though.. seem too similar.
