I don't love it but it's neat. One of those names that are unique but work well.

I met a little girl named Sterling recently, maybe about six years old. Sterling is Ok on a girl, but on a girl or a guy, I always have these trashy nouveau riche type associations - same with a name like Paris, it just feels trashy but monied, if that makes sense.

Also, Season is a perfectly terrible name. I have met girls named Summer, Autumn, and Winter (why never Spring?) and I think they're great names, but I don't like Season.

I know a Spring, it's not attractive.

Sterling-- pretty
Season-- yick. I like the idea of 'Season' like.. ya know, the seasons, but I can't help but think 'Seasons' like seasonings. Maybe it shouldn't be paired with another "S' name.

I like it!

It sounds like it would be the name of your jewelry store, not a baby in it! i don't like it.

Season Sterling = Seasoning. mmm tasty.

Of the weird nature names, Season is not my favorite. I'd prefer almost any month name, day name, or Meadow or Blossom or anything except maybe Winter, Spring, Friday, Saturday, or Thursday. Sterling is okay but a bit poncy. I'd really actually prefer Stirling, like the place.

I think it sounds like the name of a jewelry store. I'm not a fan of it for a person.

I'd like them better seperate. I don't like the flow, and two unusual names together like that is a bit much for me.

ick

I don't like. Sterling works for a boy, but not a girl. And Season is a little too out there for a name

Season is just a category, it's not even anything.

[identity profile] composure.livejournal.com 2007-03-19 04:01 pm (UTC)(link)
I prefer Sterling Season.
