I've already seen how it's supposed to be spelled but I foresee mispronunciations, and wondered how others would think it's supposed to be spelled.

My aunt's name is My-rah, not meer-uh, and it's spelled Mira, though I've also seen Myra pronounced the same way.

Mirha is pronounced the way you're looking for, at least, in my experience.

I had a friend named Meera, pronounced that way. I might read Mira as 'My-ra' until corrected. Those are spelling variations on the same name transliterated from Sanskrit, so I don't think it matters too much.
