This is for a fictional character. I'm fond of the name Adrian, for a girl. It's usually associated with boys, though, especially because of Rocky. But I find that spelling most aesthetically pleasing.

Also, her middle name has to begin with a J, and is preferably the name of a Catholic saint. Right now I'm thinking of Joan. Any other saints whose names begin with J and flow well with Adrian?

For a girl, the best way is Adrienne, if you spell it Adrianne, it would be read as Adri-Anne.

Um, isn't Adrian Rocky's wife's name? So it's a girl's name, at least in Rocky.
I like Adrienne for a fictional character. I also like Addy as a nn, not in general usage but for one special person to call her, like a brother or close friend.

Adrienne or Adrianne for a girl. Most men I've encountered with this name (also my name) spell it Adrian.

Also, I agree with the person who said it's associated with Rocky's wife. Associated with the movie Rocky for sure but with a female. I get that all the time.

Adrian is my fiances' name. He is male. I hate seeing females spelt Adrian. I much prefer Adrienne.

Josephine is the only J name that I can think of that sounds Catholic.. I don't know about saints, but I assume that there was a Saint Josephine at some point! The rhythm doesn't flow the best with Adrienne though.
