Favorite Latin/Italian names?

DH and I just found out we are pregnant, and we have a very Italian last name. Even my stepkids have Italian first names...

But right now he and I cant agree on anything so I need some other suggestions.

One of my best friends is Camilla (she's Swiss-Italian) and she goes by Cami. I love that name. :)

Aw, Isabella and Marisella are cute! It's good to hear of kids having good names!
