help

My boyfriend and I were looking around at names. He is 1/2 german 1/2 italian...but has the german last name:( we both want names that really mean something... certain qualities and virtues and such... manly names for the boys. (he says he wants like 8 kids, i told him we might have to adopt 4 of them) And of course I like unique, unsual, not everyday names. no john's, james', Michael's, matthew's, etc.....
Any help?

My son has a German last name (and it's also the name of an old lady)-- Dorothy. I should've given him my last name (Italian) which is much cooler. LOL.

Are there any names you are considering?

I'm absolutely in love with the names Abram Alan or Malachai *middle name* for a boy. They just sound masculine to me. I love older names that you wouldn't hear so much now-a-days, too. Like, Marshall, Ephriam, Jack and Elias.

Ohh... and the name Landen.
But, I think it's getting popular...
