My niece, Liliana, is 7. Her best friend is a girl named Taylor, who's 8.

Taylor's brothers are Gannon (about 3) and Madden (about 1)

I think Taylor is actually kind of nice.
But I know this really annoying girl named Taylor who's a year younger than me, and she sort of ruins it.

I like Taylor for a boy or girl, it's mostly her brothers names that bother me. esp Madden cause honestly, that's not an attractive word!

Taylor - It's alright. From what I have seen on the name popularity lists, it seems that it was popular in the 1990's and not so much now. I just wouldn't want to name my child any name that was big in the 90's. (personal preferance)
Gannon - I'm glad to see that I am not the only one who thinks of The Legend of Zelda with this name!
Madden - Hmm reminds me of John Madden - the guy with all the football video games.

Can't you tell my husband is a gamer? ;)

Madden was actually named after John Madden. I think John would've been so much nicer, and I don't even like the name John!

I'm not sure if they got Gannon from that video game, but I'm really curious now cause a lot of people have made that connection!

Liliana is pretty.
Taylor is too masculine.
Gannon reminds me of.. .some kind of meat? I'd prefer Cannon.
Madden reminds me of Good Charlotte. They're too similar.
