hello ladies! my name is claire and i'm new here. i used to have a livejournal back when i was in college, but stopped using it over the years. now however i'm at home all day with my twins, jack henry and lily grace, and i need something to entertain while they nap and my husband is at work.

recently a lot of my friends and cousins have been having babies and it has been fun hearing all of the names. in addition to jack and lily we have:

thomas david
william atticus
nathaniel scott
emily leigh
brett elizabeth
natalie isabelle
ava nicole

what do you ladies think of those names? i personally hate brett especially on a girl. the rest of them are okay, but not my favorites,

i also have already started thinking about baby number three which would horrify my husband. what are some names, boy and girl, that would go well with jack henry and lily grace.

"Emily Leigh"... are you kidding? Emma Lee Lee!!! Wow... that's bad. "Brett" is a boys name to me aswell.

I must say that IMO you have the best taste out of the bunch ;)!

Other that Brett on a girl I think they're all nice names. Emily Leigh sounds repetitive though.

I agree with the other posters... Emily Leigh sounds silly/repetitive/redundnt etc.. I'm also not liking Brett on a girl... otherwise they're nice! I like Thomas David and Natalie Isabelle best

Brett?!? That's mean... The other ones are ok-ish. I really like Natalie. I hate Nicole but as a middle name, I'm flexible. I love Jack and Lily by the way!

they really liked that name for a boy and didnt like many girls names so when they had a girl they just kept the name.

Wow I LOVE Jack Henry and Lily Grace. That is so weird too because my sister has a 7 year old daughter named Liliana Grace and she had a new baby about a year ago, who was a girl, but had she been a boy, she would've been named Jack Henry!!

thomas david - it's nice and classic. I don't like Tom as a nn, but I like Tommy for a little boy
william atticus - I love Atticus. William is very nice too :)
nathaniel scott - Nice
emily leigh - I Love Emily but I hate leigh. It doesn't go with Emily...
brett elizabeth - ew Brett on a girl is terrible
natalie isabelle - love it! I really like Natalie
ava nicole - pretty :)

thomas is a family name so we actually call thomas 'tc' after his first name and his last name that starts with a c. his grandpa is tom and his daddy is tommy. my husband likes to call him 'lt' for little tommy and because my husband and big tommy are football fans and love ladanian tomlinson whose nn is LT.

I like all ofthose names except Emily Leigh. The "Lee" is already included in Emily! It's like naming a child Kimberly Emberly.
