I feel bad for posting this
Jan. 28th, 2007 02:33 pmThere was an article in the paper today about a benefit for SIDS research in the name of a little boy who had died of it.
The baby's first name was Brisan. What do you think?
I feel horrible for the family's loss, but that aside, it's hard for me to think of a name I would like less. If the parents meant for it to be pronounced "Brih-sahn," like they were French, that's pretentious and sounds like a food; if they said it like Bryson, the spelling's non-intuitive, and I still don't think it's a very attractive name.
