I hate Harper and think it should not be a girls name, but if I had to pick I'd go with Harper Mirabelle.

Harper Mirabelle by default, as the other combo is a bit sing songy (harp-uh cam-ill-uh).

I love Harper; my combo of choice is Harper Jane (wanted a 'simple' but obviously feminine name to compliment it, and Jane has personal significance).

Mirabelle is very pretty though but it doesn't flow too well. Though Harper on a girl is just blurghhhh to me.
