Help me find a Jewish girl's name that my fiance and I will both love. By Jewish I mean the English version of a Hebrew name or just a Hebrew name if it's nicer than the translation.
We agree on boy names but have very different opinions on girl names

Names I love that he has already said no to:

Names that are too popular:

names we can't use because someone in the family already has them:

Names that we both can agree on but neither of us are like "oooh I love it":

from that list (and a few others I found through google) I'm gonna email him the following names to see what he thinks of them:

I like Lilah <3

Ariel and Dinah are my favorite hebrew names. Dinah got the paternal veto, but Ariel was a top runner for a long time before Michael decided on Kimberly as our girl name for our baby coming this may. I really like Leah. Rachel is also a favorite, as it's my name.

I love Ariel but for a boy,
Dina(h) he said was "okay"

I like Rachel too, he just says it's "too common". The problem is that he went to a predominantly Jewish school and has associations with all the names I like, whereas I have never met anyone by those names and love the names for themselves.

I also love Ariel (or just Ari) for a boy, but I'm too afraid that he would be made fun of for having a 'girl name' since we aren't really jewish.

HOW could he say no to Aviva or Adara, those are so pretty...

I knew a girl named Aliza, which I always thought was pretty.

I also like Dara, Amaris, Arielle, Eden, Aya, Ayala, Jordana, Talitha, Tamar (which may be too close to Tamara?), Mara (ditto?), Shiri, and Shona.

Adara is my FAVOURITE name I don't know how he can't like it. Aviva I can see more why he wouldn't like it just because it's a common Jewish name.
I emailed him suggesting Dara, Ayla (close to Ayala) and some others (you can see them in my above comment), we'll see what he says.

I've always liked Dena.

Rachel is totally one of my favorite names everrr.

may use Rachel as a middle name and I did suggest Dina/Dena to him.

I know Esther can be quite Old Lady, but I love it. Ditto on Ruth.

I might use Ruth as a middle name for a future daughter as she is a famous convert and I am also converting to Judaism

I love the name Rotem. I have a friend with the name. Another elegant Jewish name is Lilach or Lilac. Hope this helps!

Hebrew names are becoming waaay popular now, but I am sure you know that.
yeah I find it mildly annoying. Yes there are some great names and I'm glad people are using them instead of more kre8tiv ones but on the other hand, leave some names for me! lol I don't want all the names I adore to become uber popular.

THey're not terribly unique-sounding or anything, but I like them. :) (especially Delilah, for some reason.)

I like Delilah or just Lilah a lot.
And I love Eve, but it's my future sister in law's name.

My best friend's name is Malka Shoshanna, which I think is pretty.
