Well I went to high scholl with two Devon's Devon- boy Devin -girl. I think Deven or Devin is nice if you start w/ the y's its gets kind of odd...and trendy looking.
Devinne (enh...not really)
IDK, i would stick to one of the more known simpler spellings.
Please leave Devon as Devon. I have a soft spot for this name, but only in this spelling. I think it's the most visually pleasing. The two legit spellings are Devon and Devin, but they're from different sources-- Devon is a place in England, and Devin is the anglisized version of an Irish surname. I'd personally rather have a name associated with a place than be a random co-opted surname, but that's just me. One of my old friends' mom's name is Devony. Or Devonie. I think she spelt it with an -ie. I don't like it very much though.
Devon Elise is really, really lovely. Devin Elise doesn't look as nice.
Hayden Anthony is an alright name. It's really trendy (one of the ubiquitous -ayden names) but it's just about the only one that doesn't really bug me. Maybe because it doesn't sound as made up.
HATE Devon Elise, though I love the middle name Elise it's just to me Devon shouldn't be a girls name. If you like that trend may I suggest maybe Adrienne or Devin for a girl? If you change your mind anytime soon about the name that is.
Devon is pretty masculine to me (I have a good friend, male, who is named Devon) but it's ok. I think I could get used to it. For now, it's just hard for me to picture on a girl.
The boy name is ok, but personally I'd avoid anything that follows the -ayden formula. It's possible that if you added all the Hayden, Jayden, Caden, Aidan, Brayden, Jaiden, Zayden, Kaiden etc etc etc, if you added them all up, I wouldn't be surprised if they would equal the single most popular "name" in use right now. Class lists are going to be very interesting in the years to come - role call will sound like a Dr. Seuss poem, with all the names rhyming. LOL!
I love the middle name Anthony, as we have it picked out for our DS if that's what we're having. It's my DH's middle name as well. We've picked out one of those evil -den names to go with it :)
You know I didn't think of Hayden as being overused until i joined this community. So far I only know of one little boy with that name. But I know of several Aidens. And I believe that it is probably a really overused name right now.
My name is Sarah and I hated growing up with a million other sarah's. Whether it be at school, church, or pretty much anywhere else, I could always count on have at least one other Sarah/ Sara there. It kind of takes the uniqueness away from you when you're just one of the many.

As for Devin - it reminds me of that gross processed meat thing (devon), although Elise is quite nice!
