I love Isaiah and Joseph, but I think Luke probably goes better with Emmanuel.
I say that partly because there is such a strong religious connection between Joseph-as-father and Emmanuel-as-Jesus and between Isaiah and Emmanuel, as it's the book of Emmanuel which is believed by Christians to predict the coming of Jesus. (Sure, Luke features the nativity, but it's a less obvious link as there are so many more Lukes around than Isaiahs.) I see from your user-info that you're a committed Christian, so you've probably made that choice deliberately, in which case good on you. To err on the side of caution, though, I might be inclined to go for Luke.
I came up with the idea of Isaiah because I googled emmanuel to find where the verse was and then I realized Isaiah was actually a pretty nice name too, and the theme is just kind of neat.
I think that Luke is a good connection too, though less obvious, because Luke not only has the nativity but the annunciation (when the Angel Gabriel tells Mary she will concieve) which relates well to the original prophecy in isaiah.
That makes Isaiah or Luke emmanuel a very christmasy name (which I like, given the dec 26 due date)
