i used to be crazy about that name 2 years ago
now i dont know what to think of Rox...

Horrible.

Nickname for a very female Roxanne.

All I get when I see that is thirteen year olds on myspace saying "rox my sox!" So no. Not a good name, in my opinion. Plus when you hear it without seeing it, it brings "rocks" to mind.

Yuck.

I enjoy individuality, the boy could wear it well.

Rox makes me think of Roxie, a nn for Roxanne. I knew a boy in high school named Rocky, though, which wasn't HORRIBLE.

i dont live in an english country so the "dumber than a box of Rox" is not a problem here

& i have no idea why but i used to love it.
hehe i named almost all my sims-people Rox and Roxy back then
i dont like Rox anymore, but i think Roxy (for a girl) is great^^
